If it’s difficult for you to relax, if your thoughts are constantly active, if your emotions fluctuate or feel “frozen,” this practice gently brings you back to your center. 

 

This session is also ideal for those who are engaged in self-development, want to feel their body and inner state more deeply, seek harmony and clarity, and aim to expand their inner space.

How an Energy therapy session unfolds:

  1. We begin by setting an intention.

    You clarify what you want to work with, what state you seek, and what feels most important in this moment.

  2. You settle into a comfortable position.

    The body relaxes fully, creating space for deeper inner work.

  3. Gentle breathwork for calm and alignment.

    We use conscious breathing to soften the nervous system and attune to subtle processes.

  4. Immersion into music and bodily sensations.

    Your attention gently shifts inward - to the sound vibrations, energetic movements, and sensations within the body.

  5. Sensitive processes begin to unfold: Waves of warmth and lightnessTingling or subtle vibrations, Emotional release (tears, smiles, deep breaths), A sense of “coming back to yourself”Moments of clarity or insights, Deep inner peace and stillness - these are natural expressions of energy movement.

  6. Memories or insights may arise.Emotional blocks release, and new thoughts, ideas, or realizations can surface.These experiences will be explored together after the energetic work.

  7. Integration and reflection. At the end, we discuss everything you felt, thought, and everything I perceived as your guide.Together, we define directions and points of focus for integrating this experience into your daily life.

Results of the energy session

After an energy session, your body and nervous system enter a state of deep relaxation, the mind becomes quiet and clear, and you feel more inner space, lightness, and presence. Energy begins to flow freely again, bringing warmth, fullness, and a natural sense of resource - a return to your natural vibration: calm, vibrant, and alive.
